NOMADIC OFF-ROAD LLC ("the Company") accepts clients and any accompanying 4×4 passengers ("the Client") subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms also apply to your interactions with our customer service chatbot on Instagram ("ORGO"). The chatbot is a convenience for early inquiries; it does not bind the Company to any specific availability or pricing until confirmed in writing by a team member.
1. Booking and payments
- 1.1 The Client agrees to pay 30% of the total tour price at booking to reserve a seat.
- 1.2 The seat is reserved and confirmed once the down payment has been received.
- 1.3 If the tour starts within 16 weeks or less at booking, full payment (100%) is required.
- 1.4 All bank charges for international transfers must be fully covered by the Client.
- 1.5The remaining balance must reach the Company's account no later than 10 weeks before the scheduled tour start date.
- 1.6 Full bank account details are sent with the invoice at the time of booking.
- 1.7 All payments must be in Euros (€).
1.8 Security deposit
Unless the Client purchases the Bike Protection Plan, each Client must pay a security deposit of €400 before the tour to cover potential damages or loss/damage of provided equipment. Refunded immediately after the tour if no damage or loss has occurred.
1.9 Bike Protection Plan
- For an additional €190 (non-refundable), all motorcycle damages up to €1,000 are covered (FE450 / 701).
- For NORDEN 901 Expedition: €290, covers up to €1,500.
- If purchased, no security deposit is required.
2. Cancellation, licenses & international visa
All Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.

Down payments are non-refundable for cancellations received less than 6 months before the tour.
In cases of force majeure, the Company may issue a credit for payments made, usable for another tour within 24 months of the original tour date.
- 2.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- 2.2 The Client confirms they hold a valid motorcycle driving license and possess sufficient experience riding an enduro motorcycle.
- 2.3 Only the Client recognized and accepted by the Company may operate the motorcycle.
- 2.4Any fines, penalties, or legal costs from traffic violations or other offenses caused by the Client are the Client's sole responsibility, unless caused by the Company.
- 2.5 If the Client fails to arrive at the specified time and date, the Company is not liable for any refund or repeat tour.
- 2.6 If the Client arrives late in Ulaanbaatar and misses departure, additional charges of approximately €400 may apply for private transport to rejoin the group.
- 2.7 If a Client (or the entire group) decides to terminate early or deviate from the original itinerary, additional transport costs to return the motorcycles to Ulaanbaatar may apply (not exceeding €500).
- 2.8 The Client is responsible for arranging their entry visa for Mongolia in advance (recommended timeframe: 6–8 weeks before travel). If the Client fails to obtain the visa or is denied entry, the Company is not obliged to refund any tour payments.
3. Responsible driving, liability & health
- 3.1Damage from motorcycle stunts or reckless riding is fully the Client's responsibility.
- 3.2 The Client acknowledges and accepts the risks of motorcycle travel and off-road riding, including:
- Mountainous or uneven terrain
- Fallen trees, branches, rocks, roots
- Steep slopes or unstable ground
- Rivers, lakes, canyons, snow, ice
- Extreme weather
- Wildlife encounters
- Sun exposure, insect bites, dehydration, fatigue, altitude effects
- 3.3 Mongolia has a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and driving. Clients must not consume excessive alcohol the night before the first tour day. Police checks are frequent and motorcycles may be confiscated if a rider tests positive.
- 3.4 The Client confirms no medical condition that could endanger themselves or others. If unsure, obtain medical advice before participation.
- 3.5 The motorcycle assigned to the Client remains their responsibility until returned. Local people must not be allowed to sit on or ride the motorcycle.
- 3.6All riding gear and equipment provided by the Company remains the Client's responsibility. Lost items may be deducted from the security deposit.
- 3.7 Clients may only start and operate the motorcycle when instructed or authorized by the tour leader.
- 3.8 Clients must not ride independently or separate from the group without permission, particularly in remote areas like the Gobi Desert.
4. Client acknowledgement
The Client understands and agrees that:
- They are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance, including repatriation coverage.
- Participation in the tour is entirely at their own risk.
- The Company, its staff, agents, or partners are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience — whether caused by Company actions or circumstances beyond its control (strikes, mechanical failures, weather).
- The Company cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss to personal belongings.
- If the Client voluntarily leaves the tour early, or is required to leave by a Company representative for safety or conduct reasons, all Company liability ceases immediately. Any additional expenses are the Client's responsibility.
5. Tour changes
The Company reserves the right to modify tour dates, routes, or accommodations when necessary due to weather, logistics, or safety considerations.
If a tour is cancelled by the Company, all payments received are refunded in full.
All distances and itinerary details are approximate.
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute between the Client and the Company is governed by and resolved under the laws and jurisdiction of Mongolia.
7. Amendments
Nomadic Off-Road LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify Clients of any changes where applicable.
